• Therapy - Holistic psychosocial support can help you to deal with  circumstances, past or present which are affecting you emotionally or keeping you stuck in unhelpful thinking or behaviour patterns.

  Research

• Education/Training - Education programmes refer to courses accredited by external bodies. Customised Training programmes take place on an on-going basis. Can be delivered off-site or at a client’s premises

• Evaluation - Cost- effective Research, Evaluations or Audit can be undertaken to suit specific requirements – Large or small scale.

All courses/programmes and workshops aimed at the health and social care sector (regardless of setting) have been designed to meet learning needs, skills and professional development in light of current national policy initiatives.
